Residential load-in with nowhere to park
Most Brentwood addresses have a driveway, street parking that is already full, and a carry from wherever the truck can legitimately stop. That carry distance, more than the equipment list, is what decides crew size and setup time, so we ask about it before quoting rather than after.
Because we are close to the warehouse here, a late change or a forgotten item is a short return trip rather than a problem. That is a genuine difference from the coastal markets, and it means we can commit to early access without padding the schedule.
Sizing a system for a garden, not a ballroom
A back garden, a terrace or a club private room does not need a system built for a hotel ballroom, and an oversized one ruins conversation before the dancing starts. We size speakers to the space and the guest count, set levels separately for speeches and for music, and bring microphones for toasts.
Residential end times and amplified-sound expectations vary by street and by property, and we confirm them with you before the event rather than stating a rule. Then we place and aim the system so the dance floor carries without the whole block hearing it.

Brentwood is inside our Los Angeles County coverage and a short run from Tarzana over the hill, with same-day load-in and load-out and a practical same-day return if anything is needed.
Warehouse and showroom in Tarzana available by appointment only. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown by our own crew unless you have specifically arranged otherwise.

Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
