Production is the difference between a party and an event

A great event is built on more than a playlist. The room has to look right, the sound has to be clean from the first moment to the last, and the night has to flow. We provide the DJ and MC and the entire production around it — professional sound, intelligent lighting, LED video, uplighting, staging, and effects — so it all comes from one coordinated team instead of separate vendors who have never worked together. That is what separates music that plays from an event that feels produced.

Complete event production

Everything your event needs, from one team

From the first microphone check to the final lighting cue, we coordinate entertainment, audio, video, lighting, and technical execution as one complete experience.

Intelligent Lighting

Moving heads, beams, wash, and pixel effects

Programmed on grandMA3, the console used on touring productions. Every cue built for your specific room and timeline, not a generic show file — warm for dinner, saturated for the dance floor.

LED Walls & Video

High-resolution screens and custom content

LED walls for entrances, montages, live camera feeds, branded visuals, and custom motion content behind the booth, the stage, or the head table.

Staging & Crew

Load-in, truss, show control, and effects

Custom booths and stage design, cold spark fountains, CO2, and confetti — with a single crew managing load-in, truss, and show control from the first cue to the last wrap.

Why clients choose our production team

Owned equipment, in-house programming, and one accountable crew for the whole show.

One point of accountability

When everything is planned and run by one team, there's no gap between vendors to fall through — the lighting hits the cue because the same crew programmed it.

Touring-grade programming

We program on grandMA3 and build every show for your room, so the production reads as intentional rather than improvised.

In business since 2009

A Los Angeles service-area company with real experience across weddings, mitzvahs, and corporate events, serving the county and beyond.

    Load in & execute

Our crew arrives early, coordinates with the venue, tests everything, and runs sound, lighting, video, and effects as one team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions clients ask before booking

The practical questions that matter when you're selecting a production team.

What does full-service event production include?

DJ and MC, professional sound, intelligent lighting, LED video walls, uplighting, staging and custom booths, and special effects — planned, programmed, and run by one crew on a single cue sheet.

Do you subcontract your lighting and LED?

No. We own our inventory and program it in-house on grandMA3, the console used on touring productions. That's the difference between four vendors hoping to coordinate and one team accountable for the whole show.

What types of events do you produce?

Weddings, b'nai mitzvahs, and corporate events — galas, launches, holiday parties, and executive gatherings — across Los Angeles, on weekdays and weekends.

Can you scale to any room size?

Yes. Sound, lighting, and LED are sized to your room and guest count, with enough headroom for a packed dance floor at midnight and the clarity for speeches at dinner.

Do you provide a COI for our venue?

Yes, for any venue. We're fully licensed and insured — send us their requirements and we submit the certificate directly.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak-season Saturdays book six to twelve months out. Weekday and off-peak dates are often available on shorter notice — ask regardless and we'll tell you what's open.
