Microphone Rental · Los Angeles
Wireless microphone rental, tested before anyone speaks.
Handheld, lavalier, headset and podium microphones for weddings, corporate events, panels, galas, schools and private events across Los Angeles — with frequency coordination, backup mics, delivery, setup and an on-site technician when the program needs one.
Microphones for every speaker
The right microphone depends on who is speaking and what they are doing while they speak. We recommend the mix from your program rather than a fixed package.
Handheld wireless microphones
The standard for toasts, speeches, hosts, awards and audience questions. Easy to pass between speakers.
Lavalier microphones
A small clip-on mic for officiants, presenters and interviews, leaving both hands free and the mic out of sight.
Headset microphones
Hands-free and closer to the mouth than a lavalier, so the voice stays clear while the presenter moves, demonstrates or performs.
Podium and lectern microphones
A fixed mic for keynotes, ceremonies, press statements and anyone reading from notes.
Wired microphones
A dependable choice for fixed positions such as a lectern, a panel table or a performer who stays in place.
Where microphones matter most
Ceremony vows and officiants, wedding toasts, keynotes and panel discussions, awards and fundraiser programs, school assemblies and graduations, and presentations in hotel ballrooms and meeting rooms. For media briefings, see press conference sound rental; for events that need full-range music as well as speech, our sound system rental page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Wireless microphone rental questions
What planners and hosts ask before renting microphones.
Which microphone should I rent for my event?
Handhelds suit toasts, hosts and audience questions; lavaliers suit officiants and presenters who need their hands free; headsets suit people who move or demonstrate while speaking; and a podium mic suits anyone reading from notes. Most events use a mix, and we recommend it from your program.
Can I rent microphones without a full sound system?
Microphones need something to play through. If your venue already has a working sound system, we can confirm whether our mics can connect to it. If not, we pair the mics with a speaker setup sized to the room.
Will wireless microphones drop out or interfere with each other?
Interference is the most common wireless problem, which is why frequencies are coordinated for the venue before the event and every mic is tested in the room. Backup microphones are kept on site.
Do you provide a technician?
Yes. A technician can set up and test the microphones and stay through the program to manage levels, hand off mics between speakers and swap batteries, so no one has to guess which mic is live.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Microphones are delivered, set up and tested before guests arrive, then collected after the event.
What does microphone rental cost?
Pricing depends on the number and type of microphones, whether sound and a technician are needed, the length of the program and the location. Send the details and we will quote the setup your event actually needs.
