LED walls for weddings
An LED wall becomes a visual anchor at a wedding reception. Behind the couple's first dance, it carries a monogram or the couple's initials, reinforcing the moment with light and color. For the ceremony, an LED wall can provide a dynamic backdrop that frames the couple as they exchange vows, with soft colors or custom designs that complement the event's aesthetic. During dinner, content can shift to a photo montage or ambient visuals that keep the room's energy flowing. On the dance floor, the wall becomes a dynamic backdrop for the DJ, synchronizing with the music and carrying visuals that energize the celebration through the night. We coordinate content closely with your planner and photographer so the wall complements the design rather than competing with it.

An LED video wall becomes the visual centerpiece of the room. We use it for branding and logos, slideshows and photo montages, custom visuals and motion content, live event content, and stage or DJ backdrops. For weddings and mitzvahs it can carry monograms, photo montages, and ceremony or reception visuals; for corporate events it can carry branding, sponsor content, and presentation support. We plan the content with you so the wall reinforces the moment rather than competing with it. Our LED walls and production travel across the San Fernando Valley and the Westside, including Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, Hidden Hills, Studio City, Valley Village, Beverly Hills and Century City.
Configured to your venue
Our LED walls are modular, built from P2.976 panels in a 500 by 1000 mm format, so the wall is sized to your room and design rather than sold as a fixed package. As real examples of what we have planned and provided: an approximately 16' by 10' LED wall, large-format builds using roughly 35 to 40 modular panels, and LED DJ booth configurations around 4' by 6'. We recommend a configuration based on your venue, sightlines, and goals.

What actually varies is the build: the panel count, the pixel pitch, whether it hangs or stands on ground support, and whether it is indoors or outdoors. From load-in to strike: how an LED wall rental actually works
Before the event. We confirm the room, viewing distances, content sources, and power with you and the venue, and recommend a wall size and pixel pitch for the space. For hotel ballrooms, private estates, and venues with strict load-in windows, freight-elevator-only access, or house-rigging rules, we plan the crew and timing around the venue's requirements — not the other way around.
On the day. Our crew delivers, builds, and cables the wall, connects the video processor and content, and tests everything before guests arrive. Ground-supported builds are our standard; if your design calls for a flown wall from truss or the venue's rigging points, tell us and we'll scope it with the venue's rigging requirements. A technician stays on site through the event to run playback, switching, and any live camera feed.
Indoor and outdoor. Indoor walls are scoped for the room's ambient light and sightlines; outdoor and tented walls are scoped for daylight brightness, weather protection, and structure — the same planning applies to an outdoor movie night screened after dark. Power is planned in advance — larger walls may need dedicated circuits or distribution.
After. We strike the wall cleanly after the event on the venue's schedule, and, when the wall is part of a fuller production with lighting and sound, one crew handles all of it in a single load-in and load-out.

Is an LED wall the same as a video wall?
In practice, yes. Video wall, LED wall, LED video wall and LED display are used interchangeably for the same modular panel system. Historically a video wall could also mean several televisions bezelled together, which is why the terms drifted, but for events it is the same product and the same quote.
What is the difference between an LED screen and an LED video wall?
Only scale and how it is built. A smaller LED screen behind a booth or lectern and a large video wall spanning a stage are assembled from the same panels; the larger build simply uses more of them and usually needs rigging or ground support rather than standing on its own. The panel specification, content workflow and crew are the same.
What can you display on the LED wall?
Branding and logos, slideshows and photo montages, custom visuals and motion graphics, live event content, and DJ or stage backdrops. We plan the content with you so the wall supports the event rather than distracting from it.
What size LED wall do we need?
Our two standard builds are 13.1' by 6.6' (8 by 2 panels) and 16.4' by 9.8' (10 by 3 panels, 1680 by 1008 pixels). Walls grow in 1.64 ft steps across and 3.28 ft steps in height, so other configurations - including LED DJ booth builds - are quoted. We recommend a size based on your room, sightlines and content.
What does P2.9 mean, and what panels do you use?
P2.9 refers to approximately 2.9 mm spacing between LED pixels. The tighter pixel pitch provides greater pixel density and is well suited to events where guests may view the display from relatively close distances. Our inventory is 40 outdoor-rated P2.976 panels in a 500 by 1000 mm format, built into the width and height your room needs.
Do you deliver and set up the LED wall, and does a technician stay on site?
Yes to both. Every LED wall rental is delivered, built, tested before guests arrive, and struck by our own crew, and a technician stays on site through the event to run playback and handle anything that comes up. You are never handed a stack of panels to figure out.
Can you work at venues with difficult load-in?
Yes. Hotel service corridors, freight-elevator-only access, private estates with a long carry, and venues with strict load-in windows or union rules are all part of working in Los Angeles. Tell us the venue and we scope the crew, timing, and any house-rigging requirements up front so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you handle outdoor LED walls?
Yes. Outdoor and tented events are scoped for brightness, weather protection, power, and structure — an outdoor wall is a different build from an indoor ballroom wall, and we plan it with the venue in advance.
How much does an LED wall rental cost in Los Angeles?
Our P2.9 event LED wall (13.1' by 6.6') starts at $4,500, and the large-format 16.4' by 9.8' build starts at $5,995. Will our 16:9 slides or video fit the wall?
Yes, and it is worth knowing how. Our walls are 2:1 (13.1' x 6.6', 1344 x 672) and 5:3 (16.4' x 9.8', 1680 x 1008), so 16:9 content is not the same shape as either one. You have three options and none of them is a compromise on quality: show it proportionally with a border, crop it to fill the wall, or build the content to the wall's own shape, which is what we recommend for anything designed from scratch. On the large-format wall a full-width 16:9 frame leaves about 63 pixels of letterbox, roughly six per cent of the height. On the standard wall a full-width 16:9 frame is taller than the wall, so filling the width means cropping about 84 pixels. Send us your deck or your video and we will tell you exactly how it will sit before the event.
What is included, and what is quoted separately?
Every LED wall rental includes delivery, build, testing before guests arrive, the video processor and playback, an on-site technician through the event, and strike by our own crew. Presentation cueing, rehearsals, content creation and live-camera switching are not part of the standard build. Live camera work in particular is coordinated through a production partner rather than run by our own crew, and we quote it separately. Tell us what the event needs and we will be specific about what is included and what is not.
Do you rent LED walls for multiple days, a week or a month?
Yes. Multi-day event runs, weekly rentals and monthly or longer installations are all available, with custom reduced-duration pricing rather than a per-day multiple. Tell us the dates and the venue and we will quote the period.
What area do you serve?
Los Angeles County, including Beverly Hills, the San Fernando Valley and the Westside, plus Orange and Ventura counties. Travel beyond the Los Angeles area is quoted separately.
Can I rent just the LED wall, or does it have to be part of a package?
You can book the LED wall on its own — delivered, installed, operated, and struck by our crew with processing and playback included. Many events pair it with event lighting, with professional sound, or with a DJ and MC, and some book it as part of full event production. Any of those work; we scope whatever combination your event needs as one plan.
Can the LED wall be combined with lighting, sound, and a DJ?
Yes. We provide LED video alongside sound, lighting, DJ/MC, staging, and effects as one coordinated production team, so you are not managing separate vendors.
