On the day. Our crew delivers, sets, and cables the system, places and tests wireless handheld and lavalier microphones for the officiant, toasts, and presenters (with backups on site), and sound-checks before guests arrive. A technician stays through the event to manage microphones, levels, and the transitions between speeches, music, and dancing.

Multiple areas and load-in. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception frequently need separate, coordinated systems, and hotel ballrooms, estates, and venues with strict load-in windows are planned crew-and-timing first. Strike happens cleanly on the venue's schedule.
