Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern quote requests, bookings, and event production services provided by DJ Next Level Entertainment Inc., doing business as DJ Next Level Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a quote request or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Bookings

Quotes provided through this website are estimates and are not confirmed until a signed service agreement and any required deposit are received. A non-refundable retainer of fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee is due at signing to reserve your event date.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date. We accept ACH transfer, wire transfer, check, Zelle, or other approved electronic payment methods. Please refer to your signed service agreement for the exact payment schedule and amounts for your event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are accommodated subject to availability and should be submitted in writing as early as possible. The retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and reflects the planning time and resources committed to your event. Any additional refund beyond the retainer is evaluated based on the work already performed and costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, adequate power, and load-in time necessary for our equipment and crew. Delays caused by venue access, permitting, or power issues outside our control may affect setup and performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the total amount paid by the client under the signed service agreement. DJ Next Level Entertainment Inc. maintains commercial general liability insurance and will provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue closure, government order, or other emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
