The room is half the wedding

Guests remember how a room felt, and lighting is what sets that feeling — the warm glow over dinner, the color that makes the ballroom yours, the beams and movement that turn the dance floor into the center of the night. We design and program every wedding's lighting for its specific venue, so it shifts with the timeline instead of sitting static, and we own the inventory rather than renting whatever a subcontractor has on the truck.

Wedding lighting design

A complete lighting design, programmed for your room

Uplighting, intelligent lighting, and dance-floor design work as one system, changing through the ceremony, dinner, and dance set rather than staying on one look all night.

Uplighting

Wireless color that transforms the walls

Battery-powered uplighting in any color, placed around your room to wash the walls and architecture — programmed to shift from warm tones at dinner to saturated color on the dance floor.

Intelligent Lighting

Moving heads and beams on grandMA3

Moving heads, beams, and wash programmed on the console used on touring productions, with every cue built for your room and timeline so the energy builds with the night.

Effects & LED

Cold sparks, pin spots, and LED accents

Pin spots that make centerpieces glow, indoor-safe cold spark fountains for the first dance, and LED accents that tie the whole design together.

Why couples book our lighting

Owned equipment, in-house programming, and a design built for your venue rather than pulled from a rental catalog.

Programmed, not plugged in

Every cue is built for your room on grandMA3, so the lighting changes with the ceremony, dinner, and dance set instead of holding one static look.

Owned in-house

We own our lighting inventory and run it with our own crew, so quality and timing stay under one roof and coordinate cleanly with your DJ or band.

Designed for photography

We light the ceremony, sofreh or chuppah, and key moments to be warm and photograph-friendly, coordinating with your photographer in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding lighting questions we hear most

Answers to help you plan the look and feeling of your wedding.

What kinds of wedding lighting do you provide?

Wireless uplighting in any color, intelligent moving-head and beam lighting, dance-floor lighting, pin spots for tables and centerpieces, and LED walls — all designed for your room and programmed to shift through the night.

Do you program the lighting for our specific room?

Yes. We program on grandMA3, the console used on touring productions, and build every cue for your venue and timeline — soft and warm for the ceremony and dinner, saturated for the dance set.

Is your uplighting wireless?

Yes. Our uplighting is wireless and battery-powered in any color, so there are no cables running across your floor, and it's programmed to change with the moments of the night.

Can we book lighting without the DJ?

Yes. We provide lighting design as a standalone service and coordinate directly with your DJ, band, planner, and venue — though many couples book lighting and DJ together for a single, cohesive show.

Do you light the sofreh, chuppah, or ceremony space?

Yes. Ceremony and ritual spaces are lit softly and photograph-friendly — your sofreh or chuppah is among the most photographed elements of the day and we light it accordingly.

Do you provide a COI for our venue?

Yes, for any venue. We're fully licensed and insured — send us their requirements and we submit the certificate directly.
