Hotel ballrooms carry their own constraints, and we have produced events in a number of them across Los Angeles. Our event reels include full productions at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and The Beverly Hilton. We have also performed at the Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles, the Hilton Los Angeles Airport and Hilton Universal City, and event services have been provided at Four Seasons Westlake Village and Montage Beverly Hills — along with private estates, ballrooms and community venues across Los Angeles County.

How a hotel production comes together
Scope. You send the date, hotel, ballroom, guest count and what the program involves. We come back with a production plan and a written proposal for exactly that event.
Venue requirements. You confirm with your event manager what your contract allows for outside production, including any insurance or load-in requirements. We provide what the venue needs from us.
Load-in and setup. Our crew loads in within the window the hotel provides, sets and cables the system, focuses lighting, builds staging and video, and tests everything before doors.
Show and strike. Technicians run the program — audio, lighting, playback and video — then strike cleanly on the venue’s schedule.

What clients ask when they are deciding how their hotel event gets produced.
Do I have to use the hotel's AV company?
Every hotel handles outside production differently. Some ballrooms are open to independent production companies, some require specific insurance or load-in arrangements, and some have exclusivity terms in their event contracts. Your venue contract and event manager are the authority on this — ask them directly what outside-vendor requirements apply. If outside production is permitted, we can build a proposal around what your event actually needs.
Can DJ Next Level coordinate directly with my hotel?
Yes, where the venue is open to it. We can work with your event manager or banquet team on production requirements — load-in and strike windows, room layout and stage position, power, rigging points where applicable, and the run of show — so our crew fits the venue's schedule rather than competing with it.
Can I hire DJ Next Level without hiring a DJ?
Yes. AV, lighting, LED walls, projection, projection mapping, staging and production services can be booked independently of DJ entertainment. Plenty of our hotel work is production only, with no DJ involved at all.
Can you provide only sound and lighting?
Yes. You can book a single element or the whole production. Sound on its own, lighting on its own, or both together is a common scope for meetings, galas and corporate dinners.
Do you handle corporate meetings and conferences?
Yes. Professional sound with wireless microphones for keynotes and panels, presentation playback with projection and screens or an LED wall, stage lighting, staging, and on-site technicians through sound check, the program itself and strike.
What do you need to build a proposal?
Your event date, the hotel and ballroom, guest count, what the program involves, and your setup and start times. If you already have a production or equipment list, send it as-is — a written list is enough, and we do not need any other company's proposal document.
How early should hotel production be planned?
As early as you can. Load-in windows in hotel ballrooms are often short and shared with other events, and venue requirements for outside vendors can take time to confirm. Earlier planning means a better-fitting production and fewer constraints on what is possible in the room.
