What schools, PTAs and student councils ask before booking.
Do you play clean versions of songs?
Yes. School events use radio-clean edits only, and we honor a do-not-play list from the school. If a song has no suitable clean version, it stays off the playlist.
Can the MC make announcements for prom court, awards or graduates?
Yes. The MC handles welcome announcements, prom court or royalty, awards and schedule changes, and can read names at a graduation from a list the school provides.
Do you provide sound for graduation ceremonies?
Yes. We provide podium and wireless microphones, speakers sized to the venue, processional music and a technician, indoors or outdoors.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the school?
Yes. DJ Next Level Entertainment Inc. carries commercial general liability insurance and provides a certificate of insurance on request. If your school or district has other vendor requirements, share them early so we can confirm them before booking.
Can we add lighting or an LED wall?
Yes. Dance-floor lighting, uplighting and an LED wall for school branding, a slideshow or senior photos can be added to the same booking.
How far ahead should schools book?
Prom and graduation dates cluster in spring, so book once the date and venue are approved. Earlier booking also leaves time for any district paperwork.
