Why Families Choose Us for Their Simcha
Every mitzvah has a different rhythm, and our job is to support that rhythm with polished production that feels effortless to your guests.
Structured celebration flow
We map out the event timeline so speeches, games, candle-lighting moments, and dancing all land at the right time.
Lighting and visual moments
From lighting design to LED wall visuals, we create a visually cohesive experience that supports your family’s theme and style.
Local service in Los Angeles and the Valley
We produce bar and bat mitzvahs throughout Los Angeles, from Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks and Calabasas to Beverly Hills, Pico-Robertson, Westwood and Brentwood.
The music a mitzvah actually needs
A mitzvah has to work for three rooms at once: the kids on the floor, the parents at the tables, and the grandparents who came for the traditions. We build the night to move between them rather than picking one.
That means the hora and the simcha set played properly, Hebrew and Israeli music that the family recognises, and current Top 40 and hip-hop for the teenagers — sequenced so the floor never empties when the language changes. Persian-Jewish families often want Persian music in the mix as well, and that is a normal request, not a special one.
A Bat Mitzvah at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
A full production: custom LED monogram, MC, dancers, and a programmed lighting show built around the family’s theme. The room used pin-spot lighting and LED wall production alongside the DJ and MC. You can watch it on our reels page.

The moments that make a mitzvah
A mitzvah party has two audiences — the kids and the adults — and the night is built so both feel it was for them. Aryan personally leads many of the mitzvahs we produce, and NEXT LEVEL EVENTS also fields a trusted team of DJs, MCs, dancers, and production crew for additional dates and larger productions — you always know who is booked. The grand entrance, cued to a track chosen with the honoree, with lighting and any LED wall transforming the room as they walk in; the hora, commonly early while everyone is standing, built to the chair lift; candle lighting where the family includes it, kept warm and moving by the MC; and dance sets that move between what the kids want and what the adults will actually dance to, with shared moments that put everyone on one floor. Intelligent lighting, a custom LED wall or monogram, and sound sized for both toasts and a full dance floor are what visibly turn a ballroom into a party. Read our mitzvah music & production guide. Frequently Asked Questions
What Families Ask Us
Answers to the questions we hear most before booking your simcha.
How far ahead should we book?
Most families book six to twelve months ahead, and peak-season Saturday nights go first. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether it is open.
Is mitzvah DJ and MC coverage booked by the hour?
No. DJ and MC coverage is booked for your celebration, not by the hour — we are there from setup through the last song. Additional crew, equipment or an extended technical schedule is scoped in the proposal.
Do you provide an MC experienced with mitzvah crowds?
Yes. Our MCs run games, hype songs, and the candle lighting ceremony for a room of kids and adults at the same time — not a generic wedding MC script.
Can you time and announce the candle lighting ceremony?
Yes. Candle lighting is timed and announced as a core part of every mitzvah we produce, coordinated with lighting and the LED wall.
What areas do you serve, and do you travel?
We're based in Tarzana and serve mitzvahs throughout Los Angeles and Southern California — and we travel when needed, with past events in New York, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.
Do you produce Passover and Sukkot programs?
Yes. We produce entertainment and production for Passover and Sukkot programs alongside mitzvahs and community events — DJ, MC, sound, lighting, and LED, coordinated to the program.
How do we book our date?
Your date is reserved once you sign your service agreement and submit the retainer described in our Terms of Service. See our Terms page for full booking and payment details.
Are you insured?
DJ Next Level Entertainment Inc. is a fully insured event production company and will provide a certificate of insurance to your venue upon request.
What should happen during a mitzvah grand entrance?
Commonly the MC introduces the honoree and family to a high-energy track chosen with the kid, with lighting and any LED wall cued to the walk-in so the room transforms. We plan the song, the cue, and the walk-in path in advance so it lands.
What music works for both kids and adults?
We build the night in movements: current high-energy music and games for the kids, dance sets that pull the adults in, and shared moments like the hora that put everyone on the floor together — read live by the DJ and MC so neither group drifts away.
When is candle lighting typically done?
Depending on the family, commonly after dinner or between dance sets — a series of short cues the MC keeps moving warmly, with each song ready and the transition back into dancing planned so the energy does not drop after the last candle.
Do you offer lighting and an LED wall for mitzvahs?
Yes. Uplighting and monogram or logo projection matched to your child's theme, plus an LED wall for photos, montages, and candle lighting.
