A wedding that carries two traditions
A Persian-Jewish wedding isn't a Persian wedding with a chuppah added on, or a Jewish wedding with a sofreh in the corner. It's both, fully, and the timeline has to make room for all of it — the Aghd running long, the chuppah, the knife dance, the Hora, and dance sets that move between today's Persian pop, Afro House, Hebrew, and Top 40 without the floor ever cooling off. We've produced this celebration in Los Angeles since 2009, and we plan it as one show with one cue sheet, not two half-weddings stitched together.
The Hora, built as an arc
The Hora is the emotional peak, and it should never be a shuffle of upbeat tracks. We structure it as a build — it starts, it escalates, it holds at the chair lift, and it lands. The lighting is programmed against it, the MC knows where every transition is, and your photographer knows the chair is going up because we told them in advance. The same discipline carries the Aghd, the knife dance, and every ritual moment on both sides.

Do you handle both the Aghd and the Jewish ceremony?
Yes — this blend is a large part of what we do. Aghd and sofreh, chuppah, processional and recessional, and the transitions between them, all planned on one timeline that actually holds.
How do you build the Hora?
As an arc, not a shuffle of upbeat tracks. It starts, escalates, holds at the chair lift, and lands — with lighting programmed against it and your photographer told in advance when the chair is going up.
Can you move between Persian and Hebrew music without losing the floor?
Yes. Persian pop and 6/8 into a Hora into Top 40 and back — reading which world the room wants next is the skill, and it's where most DJs lose the energy on the transition.
Can you accommodate a Shabbat-observant or kosher-venue timeline?
Yes. We plan load-in, sound check, and start times around the constraints, and we work regularly with kosher caterers and venues and understand their protocols.
Do you speak Farsi and handle Hebrew announcements?
MC work is primarily in English, with Farsi and Hebrew announcements as your guest list requires. Tell us what you need during the consultation and we'll be straight about what we can and can't do.
Do you do lighting, or just DJ?
Both, in-house. We own our lighting and LED inventory and program it on grandMA3. Lighting isn't an add-on we subcontract — it's half of what we do.
Do you provide a COI for our venue?
Yes, for any venue. We're fully licensed and insured — send us your venue's requirements and we submit the certificate directly.
