Venues we have worked in
A room changes what a production needs. Below are venues where we have produced events, with the ones we can show in detail linked to a full page. Naming a venue here says we have worked there — nothing more. We are not a preferred or approved vendor at any property, and every venue's own requirements are confirmed with that property for your specific booking.

Events we can show you
Venues where we have produced an event and have photographs we are permitted to publish.
The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey
We produced a wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, including LED video walls behind the stage and full reception lighting. The photographs on this page are from that event.
See the eventThe Majestic Downtown
We have produced several weddings and mitzvahs at The Majestic Downtown on Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles. The videos on this page are our own, filmed at events we produced there.
See the eventHilton Los Angeles Airport
We have produced weddings at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport. The video on this page is our own footage from one of them. In March 2019 the hotel's Senior Catering Manager wrote a letter recommending us as a vendor at the property, after what she described as three years of working together.
See the eventHilton Universal City
We have produced weddings in the Hilton Universal City ballroom — the photograph on this page is from one of them. The hotel's Director of Catering has also recommended us in writing, describing DJ Next Level Entertainment as “a valuable partner of Hilton Universal City for over 10 years” who is “always welcome to our property”. We do not hold preferred or approved vendor status here.
See the eventThe Beverly Hilton
We produced a wedding at The Beverly Hilton. The video on this page is our own footage from that night. That is the whole of our evidence for this venue — the hotel has not endorsed or recommended us, and we hold no preferred or approved vendor status here.
See the eventSofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
We produced a full bat mitzvah at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, with a custom LED monogram, MC, dancers and a programmed lighting show. The video on this page is our own footage from that night, published with the family's permission. That is the whole of our evidence for this venue — the hotel has not endorsed or recommended us, and we hold no preferred or approved vendor status here.
See the eventBel-Air Bay Club
We provided DJ, entertainment and lighting for a wedding at the Bel-Air Bay Club in 2022. The photographs on this page are from that wedding, by Jenny Smith & Co., used with the photographer's written permission.

How we work with a venue
What we confirm before your event
Venue requirements vary by property, by room and by booking, so we confirm rather than assume. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement of a venue’s policy.
- Access windows, load-in route, dock and elevator use for your date
- Available power, and whether the design needs a generator
- The insurance documentation the property requires from us
- Permission for anything beyond standard sound and lighting — haze, effects, rigging, large LED structures
- Sound limits and end times that apply to your room and date
- Where our equipment can stage before doors, and the strike deadline
Planning an event at a specific venue?
Tell us the venue and the date. If we have worked there we will tell you what we learned; if we have not, we will tell you what we would confirm before quoting.
