A hotel or club ballroom with chandeliers up, windows, or a lunch service running is not, and an underpowered projector washes out. For 4K source material or very large screens we will tell you if a different unit is the better fit.

Check your banquet event order or ask your catering contact first, then tell us the venue and we will coordinate load-in, power, access and strike directly with them.

Yes. A slideshow, tribute video or presentation can be distributed from one source to screens in several rooms, so guests seated away from the main room are not left out. Where a venue has its own screens we may be able to feed those directly, subject to compatibility and placement, and we confirm that before the day rather than on it. We test the actual file on the playback machine well before guests arrive rather than discovering a format problem during the service.

Send it as a standard video file or a PDF if you can, and send it early. Presentation files that rely on fonts, embedded video or animations can behave differently on another machine, which is exactly the problem you do not want five minutes before you begin.
