Hidden Hills is one of our closest markets by distance and one of the most procedural by access. It is a gated community of private estates, so almost every event here is a home event, and almost every load-in runs through a gate with its own rules.

Vendor access, the hours trucks may come and go, and what has to be registered in advance are set by the community and the property, not by us, and they vary. We ask the host who controls access and what they require, then confirm it directly rather than arriving and finding out. Building that into the schedule is what keeps a crew from sitting at a gate during the window they were meant to be setting up in.
The upside is proximity. We are a short drive from the warehouse here, so early access and a same-day return for anything missing are both genuinely practical — which is not true of most estate markets.
Home events, horses and neighbours
Properties here are large but not isolated, and many are equestrian. Where there are animals on or next to a property, placement and sound levels are a real planning question rather than an afterthought, and we would rather be told early than adjust on the night.
End times and amplified-sound expectations are set by the community and the property. We confirm them before the event and design coverage so the dance floor carries without the whole street sharing it.

Hidden Hills is inside our Los Angeles County coverage and one of our closest markets, a short run west from Tarzana with a same-day load-in and load-out.
Warehouse and showroom in Tarzana available by appointment only. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown by our own crew unless you have specifically arranged otherwise.

Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
