Professional Event Livestreaming Services in Los Angeles
Weddings, memorials, conferences and hybrid events streamed to the people who cannot be in the room. We provide the sound, the screens and the on-site technical coordination; camera and stream production is coordinated through our trusted production partners.
Most livestreams fail on audio, not picture. A camera microphone at the back of a room picks up the air conditioning and the person nearest it; the people watching at home hear a wedding they cannot follow, or a panel they give up on.
We produce the AV layer those streams depend on: the microphones, the sound system the room and the stream both draw from, the screens, the playback and the multi-room distribution, set up and run by our own crew across Los Angeles.
Camera, livestream, IMAG and multi-camera production are coordinated through trusted production partners as part of a complete event AV package, subject to crew and equipment availability. You deal with us for the whole production rather than briefing two companies and hoping they talk to each other.
Weddings
Grandparents who cannot travel. Family abroad. A destination ceremony half the guest list could not make. The ceremony audio comes off the same system the room hears, so remote guests get the vows rather than the wind. See wedding production for everything around it.
Memorials and celebrations of life
These are arranged quickly and attended by people who often cannot travel at short notice. Equipment stays discreet and set up well before guests arrive, the viewing link is private so only the people the family invites can watch, and a recording can be kept for those who could not be there at all. There is no second take at a memorial, which is why the audio and the connection get checked first rather than last.
Corporate and hybrid events
Conferences, keynotes, panels, product launches, all-hands meetings and company events where part of the audience is remote. A hybrid session is two audiences with different needs, and the remote one is usually the one that gets neglected. See corporate event production and, for hotel ballrooms, hotel AV production.
Multi-camera and overflow viewing
Multiple angles, live switching and a feed sent to screens elsewhere in the venue, so guests in an overflow room still see the front of the room. The cameras and switching are coordinated through our production partners; the screens and the distribution are ours. The resolution we can send to each screen is set by the distribution equipment and the length of the cable run, and we will tell you what that actually looks like rather than promising more than the run supports. See LED video walls and projectors and screens.
What we provide, and what the venue needs to supply
We provide
- Wireless and lavalier microphones
- Professional sound systems
- LED walls, projectors and screens
- Multi-room audio and video distribution
- Presentation and video playback
- On-site technical coordination, setup and strike
- Camera and stream production, through our partners
The venue needs to supply
- A reliable internet connection, ideally wired rather than guest wifi
- Power within reach of the production position
- A load-in route and an access window
- A staff contact for the day
Connectivity is the one thing a stream cannot work around, and the one most often assumed rather than confirmed. We raise it at planning rather than discovering it on the day, and we can discuss a wired connection, a backup path and a local recording so the event is captured regardless of what the internet does during it. We cannot guarantee a venue’s connection or a viewer’s own network, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Tell us the date, the venue and who needs to watch remotely. We will come back with what the stream would involve and what it would cost, including which elements our production partners cover.
Do you provide the camera crew yourselves?
Camera, livestream, IMAG and multi-camera production are coordinated through trusted production partners as part of a complete event AV package, subject to crew and equipment availability. The audio, the screens, the distribution and the on-site technical coordination are ours. You deal with us for the whole production rather than booking and briefing two companies separately.
What does a livestream actually need from the venue?
A reliable internet connection is the one thing a stream cannot work around, and it is the item most often assumed rather than checked. Venue guest wifi is usually not sufficient. We ask early whether a wired connection is available, where it terminates, and how far that is from where the camera needs to sit, because a long run has to be planned rather than improvised on the day.
Can you guarantee the stream will not drop?
No, and anyone who promises that is overselling. A stream depends on a venue's connection and on the viewer's own network, neither of which we control. What we can do is plan for it: discuss a wired connection, a backup path, and a local recording so the event is captured regardless of what the internet does during it. We would rather set that expectation now than on the day.
Can you record as well as stream?
Recording and playback options can be arranged alongside the stream, through the same partners. Tell us whether you want the recording for the family, for internal company use, or for editing afterwards, because that changes how it is captured.
Can the stream be private rather than public?
Private and unlisted viewing is commonly how these are run, particularly for memorials and private company events. Unlisted links and password protection are each possible depending on the platform you want to use and what that platform supports. Tell us who needs to watch and which platform you have in mind, and our partners will confirm what it can actually do before anything is promised.
Can you livestream a wedding ceremony?
Yes, with the camera and stream side coordinated through our production partners. Ceremony audio is the part most streams get wrong: a camera microphone across a lawn picks up wind and guests rather than vows. We take the ceremony sound from the same system the room hears, so remote guests hear what the people in the seats hear.
Can you livestream a memorial or celebration of life?
Yes, again with camera and stream production coordinated through our partners. It calls for a quieter approach than a corporate event: equipment stays discreet, setup happens well before guests arrive, and the viewing link is private so only the people the family invites can watch. Short notice is normal for these and we plan for it.
Can you put the camera feed on screens in the room?
Yes. A live feed can be sent to screens in an overflow room or to displays elsewhere in the venue, so guests seated away from the front still see it. The resolution we can send is set by the distribution equipment and the length of the cable run, and we will tell you what we can actually deliver to each screen.
Do you handle hybrid conferences and panels?
Yes. A hybrid session is two audiences with different needs: the room needs to hear the panel, and the remote audience needs clean audio and a readable image of whatever is on screen. We cover the room audio, microphones, presentation playback and screens, and coordinate the camera and stream side with our partners.
How much does livestreaming cost?
It depends on how many cameras, how long the event runs, whether you need recording, and what the venue's connection looks like. We quote per event rather than publishing a package price that would be wrong for most of them. Send us the date, the venue and what you need and we will come back with a figure.
