Service Area
Beverly Hills event DJ, lighting & production
Beverly Hills events split cleanly into two very different production problems: hotel ballrooms with a loading dock and a house engineer, and private estates with a single driveway and a neighbour on every side. They need different crews, different gear and different timing.
What you can book
Services for Beverly Hills events
Hotel ballrooms and private estates are not the same job
In a Beverly Hills hotel ballroom, most of the difficulty is scheduling. There is a dock, a service elevator and often a house sound system we can tie into, but the room is usually turning over from another event and our access window is narrow. We plan load-in around the banquet team rather than around our own convenience, and we confirm the actual access time with the property rather than assuming the one on the timeline.
A private estate in the flats or up in the canyons is the opposite. Access is easier to negotiate and harder to execute: one driveway, limited parking for a truck, and power that was designed for a house rather than for a lighting rig. We walk the property before quoting anything substantial, because whether we need a generator is a question that changes the budget.
Sound in a residential neighbourhood
Amplified-sound rules in Beverly Hills residential areas are stricter than in much of Los Angeles, and both the city and the individual property can impose an end time. We do not guess at those limits. Before your event we confirm the applicable rules with you and the venue, and we design the system so the dance floor is loud where the guests are standing rather than loud at the property line — which is a speaker-placement decision, not a volume decision.
That matters for outdoor ceremonies and pool-deck receptions in particular. A system aimed correctly will usually give you a better-sounding party inside a stricter limit than a system simply turned down.
Settings
Where Beverly Hills events usually happen
The kinds of settings we plan for here. Naming a type of venue is not a claim that we have worked at any particular property.
- Hotel ballrooms along Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard
- Private estates in the flats and the canyons above Sunset
- Rooftop and pool-deck receptions
- Private dining rooms for smaller corporate dinners

Questions
Beverly Hills questions
Do you serve events in Beverly Hills?
Yes. Beverly Hills is named in our service coverage. Our crew and equipment load out from our Tarzana warehouse.
What do you charge to travel to Beverly Hills?
Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
Which services can you provide for a Beverly Hills event?
DJ and MC, sound, intelligent lighting, LED video walls, staging and special effects, live musicians, and AV equipment rental — as a full production from one team or as individual elements.
