Twenty minutes from the warehouse changes the plan
Most of our Calabasas work is a straight run down the 101 from Tarzana. In practice that means a same-day return trip is realistic, so if a design changes late or an extra fixture is needed, it is a drive rather than a redesign. It also means early access is genuinely available — crews can be on site in the morning for an evening event without lodging or long call times.
For a client that translates into a calmer setup and more time for a real soundcheck, which is where most audio problems get solved.
Hillside estates, wind and power
A large share of Calabasas celebrations happen at private homes in the hills, and two things consistently drive those plans. Power first: a full lighting and sound package usually exceeds what a residential panel should carry, so we assess the available circuits and tell you plainly whether a generator belongs in the budget. Wind second: afternoon and evening wind through the canyons is real, and it decides whether tall lighting positions, draping and any outdoor LED are safe to put up. We weight and plan for it, and we will say so if a design element is not advisable outdoors on your site.

Calabasas is one of our closest markets, roughly twenty minutes from the Tarzana warehouse, and is fully inside our core coverage.
Warehouse and showroom in Tarzana available by appointment only. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown by our own crew unless you have specifically arranged otherwise.

What do you charge to travel to Calabasas?
Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
Which services can you provide for a Calabasas event?
DJ and MC, sound, intelligent lighting, LED video walls, staging and special effects, live musicians, and AV equipment rental — as a full production from one team or as individual elements.
