Encino is the next neighbourhood over from our warehouse, which makes it the easiest market we work in. Delivery, setup and a same-day return for anything forgotten are all a short drive rather than a logistical problem.

Services for Encino events
Speaker and sound system rental, delivered and set up
Most Encino enquiries start with sound rather than a full production: speakers for a backyard party, a system for a ceremony on a lawn, microphones for speeches at a milestone birthday. Because the warehouse is minutes away, delivery and collection are straightforward, and we can bring an alternative if the room turns out to be larger or harder than it looked on the phone.
You can also collect from us in Tarzana if you would rather set up yourself. We will tell you honestly which of those makes more sense for your event instead of quoting the bigger option by default.
Mitzvahs and home celebrations
A large share of our Encino work is bar and bat mitzvah celebrations and parties at private homes. Residential events bring their own constraints: what the electrical panel can actually carry, where a system can sit without dominating the garden, and how late sound can reasonably run with neighbours close by. We plan around those rather than discovering them on the day, and we will say plainly if a design needs a generator or a quieter approach.

Delivery, setup and crew
Encino borders Tarzana and is the closest market we serve, usually under fifteen minutes from the warehouse door to the venue.
Warehouse and showroom in Tarzana available by appointment only. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown by our own crew unless you have specifically arranged otherwise.

Do you serve events in Encino?
Yes. Encino is named in our service coverage. Our crew and equipment load out from our Tarzana warehouse.
What do you charge to travel to Encino?
Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
Which services can you provide for an Encino event?
DJ and MC, sound, intelligent lighting, LED video walls, staging and special effects, live musicians, and AV equipment rental — as a full production from one team or as individual elements.
