Coastal venues and salt air
Oceanfront ceremonies in Orange County bring three things at once: wind across microphones, moisture on equipment, and ambient noise from surf and wind that a small system simply cannot carry over. For a coastal ceremony we plan windscreening and mic choice specifically, and we size the system for the environment rather than the guest count — forty guests on a bluff can need more sound than a hundred indoors.
We also protect gear differently near the water, and we plan tear-down so equipment is not sitting in marine air longer than it needs to be.
Corporate campuses run on their own rules
Business-park and campus events in Irvine and the surrounding cities typically come with facility requirements — insurance documentation, scheduled dock access, badging for crew, and set hours for load-in. We handle that paperwork as part of the booking and provide a certificate of insurance to the property on request. What we will not do is tell you in advance what a specific campus requires; we confirm it with the facility and report back.

What do you charge to travel to Orange County?
Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
Which services can you provide for an Orange County event?
