The practical questions are where the truck can stop, how far the carry is, and whether there is a window when the street is not full. We ask those before quoting, because they decide crew size and setup time more than the equipment list does.
Where access is genuinely tight we scale the system to what can be carried in cleanly rather than proposing a rig that cannot physically reach the room.
Right-sized sound for smaller rooms
A private dining room or a hillside terrace does not need a system built for a ballroom, and an oversized one makes conversation impossible before the dancing starts. We size speakers to the room and the guest count, set levels for speeches as well as music, and bring microphones for toasts. Speaker and sound system rental can be delivered and set up, or collected from Tarzana if you are handling it yourself.
