Venue Experience
Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
A mitzvah is the hardest room in event production to get right, because it is two parties happening at once: the kids want a club and the adults want to hear each other at dinner. A hotel ballroom has to do both within a few metres, and the production is what keeps them from cancelling each other out.

What we produced
Our work at this venue
We produced a full bat mitzvah at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, with a custom LED monogram, MC, dancers and a programmed lighting show. The video on this page is our own footage from that night, published with the family's permission. That is the whole of our evidence for this venue — the hotel has not endorsed or recommended us, and we hold no preferred or approved vendor status here.
We are not a preferred, approved or exclusive vendor at this property, and nothing on this page states the venue’s own requirements — those are confirmed with the property for your specific date.

Two parties in one room, and the sound that separates them
The dance floor wants energy and the dinner tables want conversation, and in a ballroom they are rarely more than a few metres apart. That is a coverage problem rather than a volume one: the system is aimed so the floor carries weight while the tables stay at a level where a grandparent can talk across the table without raising their voice.
The lighting does the same job visually. Tables lit warmly enough to eat by, everything else brought down, and the floor as the brightest thing in the room once the dancing starts. Guests feel the change between dinner and dancing without being able to name what changed.
LED, monograms and the parts that are made for one night
A custom LED monogram, a programmed lighting show and an MC working the room are not add-ons bolted onto a DJ booth — they are designed together for one specific night, which is why we build the content and the cues before the date rather than on it.
Our sound, lighting and LED inventory is owned in-house and operated by our own crew, so what is quoted is what arrives and the crew running it are the people who packed it.
What we confirm with the hotel, and what we never state for it
Access and load-in windows, dock and elevator use, power, curfew and the certificate of insurance the property wants on file are all confirmed with the hotel for your specific date. Nothing on this page states the hotel's own requirements — those are theirs to set.
Anything past standard sound and lighting — haze, cold sparks, a large LED structure, anything rigged — is a permission conversation with the property and the fire code, and we open it early.

Questions
Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills questions
Have you worked at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills?
We produced a full bat mitzvah at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, with a custom LED monogram, MC, dancers and a programmed lighting show. The video on this page is our own footage from that night, published with the family's permission. That is the whole of our evidence for this venue — the hotel has not endorsed or recommended us, and we hold no preferred or approved vendor status here.
Are you a preferred vendor at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills?
No. We have produced an event there, which is a different thing. We hold no preferred-vendor, approved or exclusive relationship with this or any venue, and we would not claim one.
What does the venue allow for lighting, effects and LED?
That depends on the room, the date and your booking, so we confirm it with the property rather than stating it here. Anything beyond standard sound and lighting — haze, effects, rigging, a large LED structure — is a permission conversation we start early.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance to the venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request, and we confirm the property's specific documentation requirements for your date.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our sound, lighting and LED inventory is owned in-house and operated by our own crew — not sub-rented.
Has the Sofitel recommended or endorsed you?
No. We produced a bat mitzvah there and the video on this page is our own footage from it. The hotel has given us nothing in writing, has not endorsed us, and we hold no preferred, approved or exclusive vendor status there or anywhere else.
Do you produce weddings here as well as mitzvahs?
Yes — we produce weddings, mitzvahs and corporate events in hotel ballrooms across Los Angeles. The documented event we can show you at this specific property is the bat mitzvah in the video above, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a longer history here than we can evidence.
