Service Area
Ventura County event DJ, lighting & production
Ventura County is in our stated coverage and includes two quite different areas. The Conejo Valley end — Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura — is a short run from our Tarzana warehouse. The coastal end, including the city of Ventura itself, is a longer drive and is planned accordingly.
What you can book
Services for Ventura County events
The county and the city of Ventura are different plans
This distinction is worth making explicitly, because the two get conflated. Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks sit just over the county line and behave like our closest markets: short load-out, early access, easy same-day return. The city of Ventura and the coastal communities beyond it are a materially longer drive, which lengthens call times and can put crew lodging into the conversation for an early-morning load-in after a late strike.
Neither is a problem. They are simply quoted differently, and we would rather explain that than average it and surprise you.
Conejo Valley ballrooms and resort properties
The Conejo Valley has some of the strongest ballroom and resort event space in the region, and it is where a meaningful share of our Ventura County work sits. Those rooms tend to be well set up for production — real docks, workable ceiling heights and rooms that take lighting well — which means the design conversation can be about what the room could look like rather than about what is physically possible.
Settings
Where Ventura County events usually happen
The kinds of settings we plan for here. Naming a type of venue is not a claim that we have worked at any particular property.
- Conejo Valley resort and hotel ballrooms
- Wineries and ranch venues
- Coastal ceremony sites near Ventura and Oxnard
- Private estates and golf clubs

Getting there
Delivery, setup and crew
Ventura County is named in our service coverage. Conejo Valley venues are a short run from Tarzana; coastal Ventura is a longer drive, and any additional crew or travel cost is scoped in the proposal.
Warehouse and showroom in Tarzana available by appointment only. Every booking includes delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown by our own crew unless you have specifically arranged otherwise.
Questions
Ventura County questions
Do you serve events in Ventura County?
Yes. Ventura County is named in our service coverage. Our crew and equipment load out from our Tarzana warehouse.
What do you charge to travel to Ventura County?
Travel, crew time and any lodging are scoped per event in the proposal rather than published as a rate, because they depend on the venue, the date and how much equipment the design needs. We would rather quote it accurately than average it.
Do you bring your own equipment or sub-rent locally?
Our own. The sound, lighting and LED inventory arrives on our truck and is operated by the crew that programmed it. Nothing is sub-rented into the market.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue on request. Where a property has its own documentation requirements, we confirm those directly with them for your date.
Which services can you provide for a Ventura County event?
DJ and MC, sound, intelligent lighting, LED video walls, staging and special effects, live musicians, and AV equipment rental — as a full production from one team or as individual elements.
